This is the CD that began the new musical movement by brothers Ynyr and Eurig Roberts. All the tracks for this album were recorded during September 2004, most of with the producer Rob Reed. Originally intended as a collecion of experimental demos, the songs were deemed good enough to release, and only a month after the recording was completed, the eponomously titled album was launched. The album features a mixture of different music influences - from ambient instrumentals, to electronic samples, to completely stripped down acoustic tracks. Amongst the most familiar tracks from the album are 'Bohemia Bach', and 'Os na wnei di adael nawr' - that contains a memorable harp sample, orchestral strings, and synthetic drum loops

Anglesey's Jack Sharp doesn't go about things in the usual, tried-and-tested way. This inimitable singer songwriter displays an approach that singles him out from the herd and has uniquely gained him comparisons to both Mark E Smith and Syd Barrett.
Kicking off his musical career by exchanging one-off tapes of his "music/poetry/rantings" for beer in a Bangor pub, he soon went on to sing in the short-lived Jack Sharp And The Three Stone Caps. Bethesda lad Brian Williams' first live performance for 25 years took place at the Centre of Inquiry in Los Angeles on that most auspicious of dates in the satanic calendar: June 6th 2006, as a live accompaniment to the High Mass celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Church Of Satan. Since leaving north Wales back in the 80s, Brian's series of groundbreaking albums as Lustmord have earned him legendary status across the World, and single handedly invented the dark ambient genre. Having shyed away from live performance for a quarter of a century, it appeared that the numerical alignment of 06/06/06 was just too auspicious to pass up. In the event, the long awaited performance, documented in wonderfully detailed sonic clarity on this CD, lived up to everyone's expectations, primal outpourings reduced to their most elusive, ethereal components, nebulous atmospherics and distant foghorn blasts - a black broth of slowed-down animal screeches and howling winds drawing a foggy veil over some dissonantly chiming tuned percussion. Lustmord's dark hymns draw an interesting parallel with the current wave of doom metal which they presaged by a quarter of a decade. The principle difference being that Lustmord's sounds don't stem from anything so tangible or familiar as a guitar, instead casting a vapour of mysterious environmental and animal-like vocals. Pretty essential listening for fans of dark ambient, Welsh music and uneasy listening in general.

Timothy first recorded an album with Sain Records in 1989, which included Catari, Catari, an aria from L'Arlesiana and classics such as Myfanwy. Then, in 1993, his second cassette was released, and many more songs became favourites on Welsh radio and television such as Paradwys y Bardd, Fy Mlodwen and a Welsh version of Love changes everything and songs from L'Elisir d'Amore and Amigos para siempre.
