Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making a offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm we have recieved your order. Your order details are stored on a secure server and we will not take payment from you until we have checked the price and availability of the goods and have accepted your order. Once we accept your order a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

How to place an order

Browse the website using the search function or menu and category links. Clicking on the 'Buy Now' link next to a product adds that product to your order. You can continue adding more than one product to your order.

Clicking on 'View Order' whilst browsing the website will take you to your order page. Clicking the 'Complete Order' button and then selecting your postage area takes you to a secure checkout page where you can enter your payment details and send your order to us. The order process is only available in English. Your details are kept on a secure server and we do not file the concluded contract.

Refunds and Returns

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund, exchange or issue credit for goods returned to us within 7 working days after delivery. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage.

Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
